In the middle of the breathtaking Alps, in beautiful Tyrol, lies the Lenz in See at the beginning of the Paznaun Valley. In the heart of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Switzerland you can directly get on your bike, ready, go! The central location makes us the ideal starting point for big tours like the Dolomites, but also smaller stages like the Timmelsjoch, Kaunertal Glacier and the Silvretta- Bielerhöhe. The Silvretta is a mountain range in the Central Alps of the Eastern Alps. Here, the states of Tyrol and Vorarlberg and Switzerland meet with the canton of Grisons. The Silvretta Bielerhöhe is not without reason the highest destination in the Montafon. Because the Piz Buin (3312 m), the highest mountain in Vorarlberg, is enthroned here. The Silvretta Bielerhöhe can be reached via the impressive Silvretta High Alpine Road directly from our neighboring village of Galtür. Grandma Berta had the crazy idea of building a gas station. The people in the valley shook their heads. Woman and gas station, what an adventure.
This highly unusual model turned into a small success story. My father's apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer began in this gas station next door, which at that time still had a small café. To this day, the memories always make him smile a little. The way they screwed and tinkered until late at night, or the subsequent joyrides through the valley without helmets - unimaginable today and, of course, not allowed. But those were the wild times.

And when you grow up right next to a mountain pass, you are literally born with passion. So of course I couldn't wait to finally get my motorcycle license at the age of 18. And to this day, it's just nice when we retreat to the workshop together from time to time, polish up our two oldies, the PUCH VS50 moped, built in 1954, and our Puch 175 SV motorcycle, built in 1956, and my father tells us about the good old days.
We now both know the surrounding region like the back of our hand. So we enjoy the sociable and good atmosphere at the regulars' tables when motorcyclists stay with us. We also like to chat about tips and reveal one or two favorite routes.

After an adventurous tour it is wonderful to relax in our guest garden and on our sun terrace and of course enjoy the good cuisine. We know what real biker hearts desire!

To every beautiful tour belongs also the evening pleasure with a good glass of wine. You can taste our love for the Paznaun valley in every bite. We cook with heart and freshness. And as many products as possible from the surrounding area. If you like good food, you will love the Dorfwirt. A warm, convivial place. For people who like to be among people. This is where people meet. Let it taste well. In summer, it is especially worthwhile to plan an à la carte evening at the Dorfwirt: ribs on Wednesdays, BBQ specialties on Thursdays and "s'Braten Reindl" on Sundays. Delicious.

Because when Lenz calls for the second infusion and the spray fizzes from the glowing stones, you ́s sauna fans are in hot heaven. Aroma steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp path, relaxation room and garden are the ingredients for wonderfully relaxing hours.
