We’ve made all information about your booking available at a glance to ensure your stay at Hotel Lenz guarantees the best possible experience.
The written confirmation of your booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit. Please understand that we can only finalise your booking once we have received the deposit.

The prices quoted serve as a guide and are subject to the principle of supply and demand. This means that early booking is associated with a more favourable rate. The earlier you make your reservation, the more attractive the price for your holiday in See.
A little chat at the hotel bar or some fun in the ‘Berg-Rausch-Hütte’ apres stadium. We welcome you at our hotel bar from Monday to Saturday from 11 am to midnight. On Sundays and public holidays from 10 am. The Berg-Rausch hut by the ski lift provides fun and good humour after skiing from 3 pm.
You will find the ‘Dorf/ Bergbahnen’ bus stop directly opposite the Lenz. In summer, the bus that runs between Landeck and Bielerhöhe stops here. In winter, the ski bus to Ischgl stops here. Perfect, isn't it? And best of all: the journeys are free for you with your guest card or a valid ski pass.
The impressive mountain world, a holiday at last and a thousand possibilities with the Silvretta Card Premium in summer and the local guest card in winter. Free for you from the first night.
You can hire an e-bike directly from us at the hotel or from Sport Narr, just round the corner. And even get a discounted price as a Lenz guest.
A fine sauna area, aroma steam bath, infrared cabin and the Garden of Freshness are the ingredients for wonderfully relaxing hours at Lenz. You can enjoy the sauna daily from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm. In bad weather, we also heat up from 1 pm.
Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the hotel.
Please depart by 10.30 am. Late check-out: Just let us know, depending on availability you can stay with us until the afternoon. If you still have plans, simply leave your luggage with us in the lobby - we'll be happy to keep an eye on it!
Here you can find our regular cancellation conditions:
up to 60 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
up to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
In the week before arrival or in case of no-show 90% of the total price.
We charge a supplement of € 10 to 15 per day if you want to use our double rooms as single rooms.
Wrapped up cosily in a fluffy bathrobe. You'll find it in your wellness bag in your room. Depending on the arrangement, we charge € 5 per person and stay, which is automatically added to your hotel bill.
Breakfast is served at Lenz from 7.30 to 10.00 am. Our breakfast terrace is open in fine weather.
In the afternoon we spoil our half-board guests with the best cakes from 2.00 to 5.00 pm. And we welcome you to the evening menu from 18.30 to 20.00. You can satisfy your hunger in between meals in our Dorfwirt restaurant. Hot meals are served here daily from 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm. When the weather is fine, you are welcome to take a seat on the hotel terrace during mealtimes.
Meals are a cosy, albeit stylish, occasion. We therefore ask you to dress smartly in the restaurant. We generally ask you not to wear anything in the restaurant:
tracksuits, shorts, tank tops, ski and hiking clothing, bathing shoes and bathrobes.
So that your bike also has a roof over its head, you are welcome to park it in the ski room. There you know your equipment is in good hands. Of course, there is also a ski room/drying room at the Lenz. In the cellar at the end of the corridor on the right.
Free parking is available directly at the house.
From 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. you will find lovely people at reception who will be happy to help you.
You can conveniently purchase your ski tickets from us at reception. Whether tickets for the new Skischaukel See Kappl ski area or for Ischgl and Galtür. You can get all passes conveniently from us. Without queuing and waiting.
