The Lenz tavern restaurant serves up classically prepared dishes, using traditional recipes, popular in the region and loved by the local people. Great cuisine is our passion! The delicious treats served in the restaurant are a declaration of our love for Paznaun. We recreate typical dishes and recipes on behalf of our region, accompanied by the very best from our own kitchen and cellar. We use supremequality ingredients to produce magnificently crafted cuisine to delight the eye and the palate!
Our chef de cuisine, Stefan Lenz, is an expert at serving up regional specialities, classic Tyrolean dishes and Austrian culinary classics – and conjures up a multi-choice menu with four or five courses for our hotel guests every day. Guests at the tavern restaurant can choose from a limited menu of delicious dishes. What else can we promise? Every bite is a joy in itself.
